In this world full of broken family, I have a complete one. Struggles here, stuggles there, and struggles everywhere. I think everybody or every family has it's problem and it is just on how they will handle it. I came from a family wherein we're all imperfect. Well, everybody isn't.
20 years ago, my Mama and Papa decided to marry each other. And that's the reason why Ate Bernadette, Me, and my youngest brother Arvin came. We are from the immensurable love of two person who decided to prove that there is a happily ever after. But just like the old and cliché stories, there's always a conflict. Year 2012 when Ate started pursuing her dreams taking an Office Management course. She's 3rd year college when she thinks that her life would be a mess when she didn't shift. She failed on her subject and that's the reason why we have a lot of debt. She keeps on taking the subject and then later on, she failed. That's when my Papa decided to sent her in our province. It is not that Papa can't support her financially but it is for the sake of her and also for the sake of us. I know that it is a serious matter because I saw Papa and Mama fighting the other day Ate leaved. There's no Mother who wants to be far with her child. I saw Mama crying that night but weeks passed by, she accepted that Ate should continue her voyage into other place. She's now 3rd year college, taking an education course in Cagayan State University. We will just waiting for her to finish her studies and went home with a degree.
Just like the famous quote of my favorite cartoon movie Lilo and Stitch, "Ohana means family, and family means no one will left behind."
